Warm offer of homestay for pilgrims in Ravenstein

We received a nice offer from a member of the Friends on the Bicycle foundation. Marion van de Veerdonk also opens her home to pilgrims of the Walk of Walk of Wisdom. Marion’s house is located in Appeltern, not on our 136 kilometer long route, but the hostess has offered to personally pick up pilgrims at the ferry or the bridge of Niftrik.

We also have an extensive list of Bed and Breakfast addresses, hotels and campsites along the route, but a wide choice is nice, especially if you are traveling alone and on a budget. There are not always cheap single rooms available and there are few possibilities to sleep in a room with several pilgrims. Address and telephone number of the host families are only available for people who have registered.
