The Four Days Marches waves goodbye to pilgrims Walk of Wisdom

Special announcement: march leader Johan Willemstein of the Four Days Marches and chairman of the board Walter Hamers of the Four Days Marches Festivities will wave goodbye to the first pilgrims of the Walk of Wisdom on 21 June. Both gentlemen have signed up for the opening ceremony that will take place on this day.

It feels like a definitive recognition of the Walk of Wisdom as the contemplative brother of the Four Days Marches. Our pilgrimage route as a natural outgrowth of Nijmegen’s walking city. Pilgrimage in addition to the long-distance march and running races such as the Marikenloop. On to a special opening! Wave goodbye to the pilgrims or become one of the first pilgrims yourself?
