Sunday for the silent walk: ‘wandelchi’ with pilgrim Irma Soetekouw

,

If you join the tenth and final silent walk in the series ‘The Walk of Wisdom in a year around’ on Sunday 4 March, you can first participate in a mini-workshop t’ai chi by Irma Soetekouw of Zen4u.

Almost every Sunday of the month from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm, Irma provides quiet walking and t’ai chi on the Waal beaches of Beuningen. Pilgrims are welcome there every Sunday to walk mindfully together between the willows and on the sandy beaches, with ‘Chi’ exercises, moments of silence and dialogue in between. Meeting point is fifteen minutes before the start at the Dijkmagazijn Beuningen, one of the stops where pilgrims pick up a bird ring. A great tip for on the go!

Irma has a practice in coaching and t’ai chi and is also a pilgrim of the Walk of Walk of Wisdom. On Sunday we will start the silent walk with Irma and we will walk with her ‘walking chi’ for half an hour, after which we will continue on the course for the last 11 kilometers of the Walk of Wisdom.
