River hotel and restaurant Oortjeshekken sponsors kilometre

A boost for our crowdfunding campaign ‘100 meters of wisdom‘: Oortjeshekken, a nostalgic café/restaurant and hotel in the Ooijpolder has made 1 kilometer of our 136 kilometer long route possible. Oortjeshekken is the first stop on the route where pilgrims can pick up a bird ring for the municipality of Berg en Dal. It is located on the dike, near the Bison Bay – a large natural pool that you can walk around as a pilgrim (or dive into if you want, of course).
