What’s included in this starter pack?
Pilgrim (x number of pilgrims): pins with the symbol of our route in 99mm bamboo. Pilgrim was designed by the artist duo Huub and Adelheid Kortekaas and also appears as a route marker.
Pilgrim’s laces (x number of pilgrims): shoelaces that serve as a begging band. Pilgrims collect bird rings from 11 municipalities along the route. The addresses can be found in the route guide. Each of the laces has a metal bird ring with a unique registration number. The lace has been made of cork since the beginning of 2020.
Route guide in English (1x): one compact route guide with 34 detailed maps, point by point description, addresses of bus stops and some of the sleeping places. The registration confirmation email contains the complete list of 10 pages of sleeping addresses for every budget. You can order an extra route guide.
GPS: the e-mail confirmation of the registration contains the GPS track if you have such a device.
Option: On the Way to Wisdom (Chapter 1). In Dutch The first chapter of our new Book of Hours in the form of an e-book. With contributions from (guest) pilgrims and interspersed with art and poetry. Preview.
