Our start and end point, the Stevenskerk, is closed until 26 March. To register in the pilgrim’s logbook, you can ring the bell at Stevenskerkhof 62 during this period and ask for manager Rens. As a pilgrim, you can also get your last bird ring here: that of Nijmegen.

An alternative is city brewery de Hemel at the Franse Plaats 1, near the church. Here you will find loose pages for the pilgrim’s logbook and you can pick up the last bird ring at the end of your trip on presentation of your pilgrim’s shoelace. You can also taste two special beers here: the Helse Engel and Mariken. Maybe it’s better to wait until after your trip!
