Our temporary endpoint: sustainable department store Van Nature

We are happy: sustainable department store Van Nature in Nijmegen wants to be the end point for the Walk of Walk of Wisdom for the time being. Our regular start and end point, the Stevenskerk, is closed due to the corona crisis. Fallback options Foodbar de Pelgrim and Lunchen bij De Bruijn on the Grote Markt are now (partially) open again.

Pilgrims can go to Van Nature for the last bird ring (from Nijmegen) and to replenish missed bird rings from other municipalities and string them on the pilgrim’s lace . Van Nature also has a stamp for the ‘certificate of own wisdom’. More about corona and pilgrimage: link.

I’ve been shopping for years at Van Nature, which, in addition to a sustainable department store, also has an organic supermarket, just down the road. A store that tries to sell products that are as natural as possible from a beautiful vision of the world. Feel free to take a look around! Dangerous.
