More than 200 pilgrims registered

Registrations are going well: more than 200 people have now signed up for a ‘walk of wisdom’. Each pilgrim will receive a starter pack with the icon of our route, a route guide and a pilgrim’s lace with a bird ring with the registration number on it (more information).

It’s quite a job to prepare those packages. For example, the pilgrim’s lace is made from a leather shoelace. It has to be cut to size, tied off, inserted. The bird ring has to be attached. In addition, the icon pin must be wrapped. Together with the welcome letter and the route guide, the lace and the icon go into the mailing envelope where an address list is also folded where pilgrims can pick up the bird rings from the municipalities. A lot of work that happens unseen in the background under the direction of Manja with the help of Hannah, René, Marliz, Trinette and others. Are you handy and do you want to help?
