Meditation in motion around the flame
Meditation in Motion around Peace Flame (Peace Week)
The Chirapa Wayra Ekangi Bula Foundation has accepted the peace vigil for Tuesday 22 September from 17.00h in the Valkhof Chapel in Nijmegen. Teacher Willem Kienhuis will be working with T’ai Chi there. From 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., people can participate to generate as much collective energy as possible in relation to the intention of the vigil. The exercise will take place on Wednesday 23 September between 09.30 and 11.00. Free entry!
Willem Kienhuis: “What we hope to achieve with T’ai Chi is to develop more attention for our own body and life in a time when more and more is being asked of us. We need to respond quickly to constantly changing situations. This is often accompanied by tension and stress. Sometimes we eat too much into our energy supply. We want to do something about that. Releasing energy blockages and generating new energy through relaxation.”
The world desperately needs a reduction in war and strife in favor of a peaceful existence! Willem Kienhuis.
