Summer Pilgrimage 2016

Love for the Landscape: that is the theme of our Summer Pilgrimage for 2016. Throughout the summer, we invite pilgrims to take the landscape as a source of inspiration for a ‘journey inside’.

To get something for it – beautiful! – To give back the landscape, we are looking for natural and cultural landscape projects on the route that we can support with a sponsored run or active hands. The project:

– is located almost directly on the route or is connected to it 

– benefits the landscape: nature or a monument

You can register a project until 15 March via this link. We are also looking for projects where pilgrims can eat and work together!

What happens after registration?

Approved projects will be listed on the website as a crowdfunding project. When registering for the Summer Pilgrimage, pilgrims can indicate whether and which project they would like to support. People can then support them with an amount via our website.

100% of the money goes to the project: the Walk of Wisdom does not withhold any money as a commission. The only thing we ask in return for projects is to make the sponsor run and Summer Pilgrimage known among our own network.
