Hubert Hendriks
Hubert Hendriks, the chairman of the board of the Nijmegen House for the City Centre, has become a symbolic forerunner of the Walk of Wisdom by writing a page for our pilgrim book of hours Seasons of Life.
Hubert Hendriks was successful in music for many years with ‘Die Flegel.’He is chairman of the Nijmegen food bank and as chairman of the board of the House for the Inner City he is committed to the promotion of the Nijmegen inner city economy.
For a new route like the Walk of Wisdom, it is important that it is supported by the region. Prominent Nijmegen residents such as Hubert Hendriks as a forerunner contribute significantly to this. We are therefore happy and grateful that he was willing to climb into the pen for us.
