Henk Gols, pastor in Nijmegen

Pastor Henk Gols has written a page for our pilgrim book of hours Seasons of Life and is therefore a symbolic precursor of our route.

Henk Gols is a pastor in the Protestant Church in the Netherlands and is affiliated with the Protestant Church in Nijmegen (Maranatha Church and Stevens Church). He is also an oblate of St. Willibrord’s Abbey. He is committed to ecumenism, among other things as a participant in the Ecumenical Forum for Catholicity.

In addition to being a preacher, Henk Gols is a singer in Hartkeriana (The Psalterium Project). We know him as a quiet man with a sense of the aesthetic dimension of religion who loves to walk. He went on pilgrimages several times and also regularly runs the Nijmegen Four Days Marches.
