Helene Tabben: “Wednesday 7 September I left for my Walk of wisdom. Alone for the first time.

Backpack on and overnight stays noted. Short and longer routes all equally beautiful. Wide views, pouring rain and sunshine. Meeting nice people and resting at beautiful, fun locations: friends on bicycles and b&bs. Whole stretches alone without meeting anyone (what a difference with Westland where I live). Autumn was showing itself and summer was still sizzling. Unforgettable kilometers.
