First symbolic forerunners who actually start running

Richard Engelfriet and Tim Haarlemmer are the first symbolic forerunners of our route who have actually signed up to walk a ‘walk of wisdom’. Both entrepreneurs wrote a page for the first edition of Seasons of Life, our contemporary book of hours and pilgrims. Pilgrims who complete the route may submit a page for future editions.

Richard Engelfriet is a trainer and author of, among other things , How do I catch a rat? and it can be as simple as that. Tim Haarlemmer is an entrepreneur and chairman of the day and recently co-wrote a book for starting teachers, the education trip, the proceeds of which go to charity. Both men undertook a practice walk of the first few kilometers last week.

We hope that other symbolic forerunners will soon register as pilgrims. The exhibition of the pilgrim’s Book of Hours will be opened on Saturday 18 July in the Stevens Church and will last until 23 August.
