Accountant wanted

We are looking for a capable accountant who can help us with the administration. We are looking for someone with experience, who can think big, but can also take small steps. We greatly appreciate a subservient attitude. We set up the bookkeeping digitally/online as much as possible, so something of ‘feeling’ with computers (if possible) is important.
